Technical Project Manager (Microsoft PowerApps)
18 months contract (working remote)
All candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on W2.

The Technical Program Manager will support the MPX Data and Tools team by designing, implementing & testing, and releasing program features. The technical PM will also take on projects personally to create apps / solutions for MPX stakeholders when dev resources are not available.

Primary Tasks

Work with stakeholders to develop functional specifications of requested features Deeply understand the user's problems and goals
Break problems down into features and product backlog items
Track and maintain all work items in Azure DevOps
Create and manage tests using a UAT environment and testing scripts
Determine what metrics to track and how to track them
Support the release plan

Develop, Deploy, and (when needed) Deprecate Model-Driven Apps for a range of internal stakeholders: FPMs
EPX
PCX
Referrals
O2M, Edge, other special incentives
Customer Voice (Surveys)
Dynamics 365 for Marketing (Sending automated emails)
Event tracking

Develop, Deploy, and Maintain standard Dynamics 365 Portal capabilities: Web pages
Web Forms
Advanced Forms
Portal Invitations
Contacts integrity
Account-Contacts relationships

Complete routine maintenance system tasks: Organize and consolidate solutions based on Microsoft's best practices
Roll-up patches as needed
Audit data hygiene practices and develop rules to prevent uncleaned data from entering the system

Support an Application Lifecycle Management Strategy using a central service account Migrate all source code data from our D365 Dev environment into Azure DevOps based on Microsoft's best practices
Develop deployment pipelines
Check-In code to a git repository
Ensure all pipelines are compliant with FastTrack and higher organization's policies (includes all required security steps)

Audit, develop plans, and implement simplified RBAC processes Users should inherit roles from the teams (Azure Group) they belong to in PRM

Test security processes Ensure only members within specified teams with specified RBAC roles can access any customer data

Develop, Deploy, and Maintain a data sharing pipeline that allows our system to seamlessly share data with other systems (IDEAs, FTOP, NS, Referral's CLR, etc.)
Maintain PRM system, apps, features Triage, collect information, implement fix, and close bugs / issues with any PRM features

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Power Platform systems architecture, analysis and design
Ability to write functional specifications
Ability to understand and document interaction with APIs, platforms, etc.
Expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365)
D365 Portal Experience (developing web pages, forms, views in the portal)
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision,
Great interpersonal skills to be able to successfully communicate with various stakeholders and audiences

Desired:

5+ years of program management or product management experience
Project management skills, ability to develop and execute processes that facilitate collaboration, leadership team effectiveness and impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant Bachelors' degree or experience commensurate with job expectations Knowledge of M365 products and services
Customer-facing experience related to onboarding M365 technologies
Experience using Agile methodologies with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Excellent presentation skills
PROSCI Change Practitioner Certification
PMP Certification
Experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, HTML5 and CSS3
