Senior Software Test Engineer: Required knowledge, experience, and skills: -- Test, Trouble shoot and Maintain Ericsson(legacy Nortel) and Nokia (legacy ALU) MGCFs in the Lab. -- Investigate issues in call failures in the network and design and develop fixes as needed -- Design and develop MGCF functionality as part of IMS network, including routers and billing capabilities as needed -- Lead in InterOP testing (IOT) working with multiple vendors -- Provision and upgrade MGCF associated IP routers -- Maintain operational stability of Legacy Nortel (Now Ericsson) equipment (MGCF) in the lab -- Monitor, investigate & rectify alarms on the network elements -- Provision network elements & required datafill as required(MGCFC/MGW/) -- Provide weekly report on equipment status & activity -- Investigate & replace defective hardware -- Administer, manage & support backup & the backup server Education: Minimum Bachelor---s degree in Computer, Telecom, or related technical field
