------------------As part of Microsoft's Cloud + AI Group, we are
responsible for building, managing, and securing the platform,
products, processes, and services that powers Microsoft. -We build,
maintain, and implement a cloud-first approach to our technology
and experiences, from custom-built business solutions developing
our campus of the future and our productivity and collaboration
experiences like Teams and SharePoint, to horizontal 3rd party
solutions like SAP and Adobe. As a steward of Microsoft and our
customer's data, a core function of Microsoft Digital is ensuring
the security of every aspect of the business. Microsoft Digital is
responsible for company-wide information security and compliance,
with a strategic focus on information protection, assessment,
awareness, governance, and enterprise business continuity.

engineers across the company and with strategic partners to build

deploy these services inside Microsoft and then share best
practices with enterprise customers at scale across the globe.

enabling Microsoft's accelerated growth in delivering innovative
solutions to customers. As a member of the PM team, you will own
delivering cross-functional programs to strengthen infrastructure
service health and operations. You will understand your customers
goals and Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's) to define OKRs and
make data driven decisions to deliver the needs of all
stakeholders. You will design high quality scenarios to meet those
goals and partner with other infrastructure engineering teams in
Employee Experiences. As a PM in Employee Experiences, you will be
- Demonstrate Customer Obsession - develop customer relationships
and advocate for customers, seeking feedback about their unmet,
articulated, and unarticulated needs and expectations.
- Create the Vision - -partner with business stakeholders.
Coalesce these insights to plan and prioritize investments and
define measures of success.
- Deliver Right Outcomes - translate business needs into a
solution/service roadmap. Drive rhythm of business (ROB) to
initiate, plan and make trade-offs to deliver the best
- Tell the Story - evolve, articulate, and evangelize the vision
and roadmap to build support for your solution/service. Maintain
effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure clarity & alignment across teams.
