This is an exciting opportunity to work a team executing change management -functionalities. -The team follows a PROSCI framework, so the candidate must be PROSCI certified. The team is a full service change management service where they get involved with programs and start building out change management plans. Once the plans are built, they execute on the plans to ensure adoption occurs to the end. In this role you will:

• Build out Stakeholder management/ mapping, CM risk management
• Conduct Change impact assessments for large complex programs
• Drive change management activities as a part of Project delivery
• Ability to work with key stakeholders to build out and/ or co-create training plans, communication plans, resistance management, landing plans

    • 10+ years of change management experience in a large enterprise environment -
    • 5+ years with using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • 5+ years presenting experience -
    • PROSCI certified (mandatory)
    • Microsoft experience (big plus)
    • Experience working with field/ customer facing roles (big plus)
