Job Description:Responsible for overall design, development and team coordination on business systems/applications under deadline pressure. Communicates standards and defends technology and scoping decisions to information technology management and development teams. - Reason for the request -analyze the risk and kind of like making sure that there is no fraud and fraud happens. - Surrounding team & key projects - helping our customers and making sure that our resources are rightly used. - Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm - HC of 3 so One Dev - Proficiency with infrastructure development, like automation, build, deployment, logging, configuration for something like Micro services, having experience in Azure containers will be good. The other two dev's- Full stack developers with Azure development experience.- trying to build a kind of like a platform features. need someone to come and implement a lot of things kind of like trying out components which they need to build it out (infrastructure work). making sure everything is there and trying to kind of make sure everything is integrated and doing those kind of development. Usually they will have alreadypredefined work they need to take that work and just go and implement it. So they will be asked to kind of estimate the work it will be put into the ADO and they will.- 80% heads down, 20% meetings - Expected working hours - Monday-Friday 40 hours no OT - Team Culture - great team, collaborative, diverse, global team, small team that works together well and is close - Years of Experience Required - 3-7 years. If lower number of years but has good experience that will suffice as the same as more years of experience - Degrees or certifications required - No - Disqualifiers - None - Best vs. Average - Microsoft experience and knowledge about Microsoft stack - Performance indicators - quality of work and deadlines 1.
