Mandatory Technical Skills:
"Experience in RESTful API development, Web Applications, Microservices architecture, Cloud computing, API micro-services with Azure Function Apps and Azure API Management
"Experience in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, Powershell, Microsoft SQL Server, chat bot, Azure DevOps and Azure Services
"Experience in writing micro-services for supporting phone systems and handling API calls"

Desirable Skills:
"Knowledge in SNMP communication, Azure Communication services, Genesys
"Experience in building services to support a natural voice chat bot handling support request.
"Have worked on sending test notifications to customers, including tracking sent messages, getting delivery notifications, and scoping access to campaigns to the correct call center and team responsible for them."
