Job Description:

Vaco has partnered with an outstanding company in the search for a Payroll Systems Administrator. This role will oversee the processing of payroll for US and international employees. The Payroll Administrator will manage payroll system projects, troubleshoot issues, and coordinates resources for successful deployments.Job Duties/Essential Functions:

• Monitor and process time records into the payroll system.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for designated regions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly.
• Coordinate resources for project deployments.
• Act as liaison with IT and vendors.
• Conduct data analysis and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.Experience/ Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or SAP HCM systems.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Previous warehouse and corporate experience preferred.
  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office suite, SQL, and Google Docs.Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000Location: Issaquah, WA
