As part of Leo's Inventory and Fulfillment Technology (IFT) team, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment capabilities. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that optimize inventory management, global network architecture, system integration, and operational planning. Your expertise in advanced supply chain technologies, combined with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, will drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and elevate the overall fulfillment experience for Leo's global customers. Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with global and regional business, operations, finance, legal, accounting, trade and tax teams to develop fulfillment strategies, aligning with Leo's unique business goals and business models in each country. - Define and deliver comprehensive and crisp product requirements across mid and last mile supply chain needs, leveraging and expanding existing solutions. - Partner with tech teams across Leo and Amazon to drive product development from design through to release, making hard, high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-market. - Drive alignment and commitment across dependency teams, identifying and resolving strategic risks to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals. A day in the life As an IFT employee at Leo, your day involves collaborating with Engineering teams to prioritize critical work, ensuring alignment with launch deadlines. You'll engage with customers and regional leaders across continents to define requirements, balancing global fulfillment needs with regional nuances. Coordinating with external technical teams is key, as you develop and execute a comprehensive plan to meet technical deliverables on time. Your role is a blend of technical oversight and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that each aspect of the global fulfillment strategy is ready for launch and optimized for success. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
