Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our

in locations without reliable connectivity. As part of Leo's
Inventory and Fulfillment Technology (IFT) team, you will play a
pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment
capabilities. You will lead the design and implementation of
innovative solutions that optimize inventory management, global
network architecture, system integration, and operational planning.
Your expertise in advanced supply chain technologies, combined with
strong analytical skills and a customer-focused approach, will
drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and elevate the
overall fulfillment experience for Leo's global customers. Key job
responsibilities - Collaborate with global and regional business,
operations, finance, legal, accounting, trade and tax teams to
develop fulfillment strategies, aligning with Leo's unique business
goals and business models in each country. - Define and deliver
comprehensive and crisp product requirements across mid and last
mile supply chain needs, leveraging and expanding existing
solutions. - Partner with tech teams across Leo and Amazon to drive
product development from design through to release, making hard,
high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-market. -
Drive alignment and commitment across dependency teams, identifying
and resolving strategic risks to help the team meet business,
financial, and technical goals. Export Control Requirement: Due to

Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee

your day involves collaborating with Engineering teams to
prioritize critical work, ensuring alignment with launch deadlines.
You'll engage with customers and regional leaders across continents
to define requirements, balancing global fulfillment needs with
regional nuances. Coordinating with external technical teams is
key, as you develop and execute a comprehensive plan to meet
technical deliverables on time. Your role is a blend of technical
oversight and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that each
aspect of the global fulfillment strategy is ready for launch and

Bachelor's degree in a technical field - 3 years of technical
product or program management experience - 3 years combining supply
chain, product, and program management, driving strategic
initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency. - 5
years of end to end product delivery experience - Experience
bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine
requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all
committed work is delivered on time - Experience contributing to
engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy
related to a product - 5 years in supply chain tech product

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
