Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data
center industry, is seeking a Procurement Specialist 5 to join
their team. As a Procurement Specialist 5, you will be part of the
procurement department supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation,
and analytical skills, along with a proactive mindset that will
align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Procurement
Specialist 5 Location: REMOTE Pay Range: What's the Job? Engage
with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define
category strategies for sourcing goods and services. Develop and
maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and identify
new potential partners. Manage key sourcing activities, ensuring
timely delivery, budget adherence, and risk management. Monitor
compliance with sourcing processes and act as an internal
consultant throughout each stage. Develop category or sub-category
strategies, plans, and sourcing pipelines to support business
growth. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting,
or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting
data centers or in supply chain and procurement roles. Proficiency
with MS Office and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of
procurement policies, processes, and best practices. Excellent
negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills. What's in
