Acts as the secondary point of escalation and resolution for
Provides advanced technical and investigative support to
developers for workflow engine based service for escalated issues
from primary customer contact.
Provides support via reviewing Azure Application Insight logs,
DocumentDB, source code repository, written correspondence and
electronic media. May interact with program managers, developers,
and third-party workers.
During spare cycles, contribute in fixing bugs in the system,
code instrumentation, and operational enhancements.
Familiarity with C# - workflow engines – follow code execution –
investigations – identify root cause - resolve
