Description:Responsible for Coordination & Administration with the event.The Inclusive Hiring Team is responsible for planning and delivering all logistics for programs and interviews for Inclusive Hiring candidates. It is a very collaborative team that plays a pivotal role in almost every Inclusive Hiring candidates interview experience. As a Event Coordinator focused on our final round interview events, you will gain a solid understanding of businesses while providing valuable support to the planning and delivery of high-volume events. The Inclusive Hiring Team requires problem solvers that enjoy evaluating and seizing opportunities. You will work on loosely defined problems incorporating strong data and administrative acumen into decision making within tight time constraints. Primary responsibilities of a Inclusive Hiring Events Coordinator may include: Scheduling candidates for their interviews for our technical and non-technical interviewers. Assisting in organizing and executing event days. Managing the day-of delivery of high-volume final round interview events, including guiding interviewers through the event, real-time troubleshooting, and facilitating discussions for final hiring decisions Leveraging relationships with internal/external contacts (candidates, technical interviewers, operations team, recruiters, etc.). Completing administrative tasks such as coordinating interview logistics and leveraging internal tracking tools. Data management - ensure all data is accurate and updated within expected timeframes. Strong organization, attention to detail, cultural awareness, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills Customer service and professional communication skills, including comfortability with public speaking Ability to effectively manage high volume Demonstrable experience and expertise within a corporate environment is preferred Candidates should be able to effectively manage multiple projects and requests while contributing to a fun and collaborative team environmentSkills:Trade show, Event management, Administrative support, Calendar management, Event planning, Event coordination, Recruiting, Microsoft, Calendaring, OnenoteTop Skills Details:Events CoordinationVeterans schedulingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of relevant work experience 1 year of event planning experience Required: Working Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Teams) Proven ability to prioritize in the midst of ambiguity, including being able to work virtually About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
