Merchandise Clerk (16) People needed

Pay $10.50

Tues/Wed 6pm to 11:30 pm

Thurs-Sat 2pm to 11:30pm

Sun 11am to 8:30pm

Customer Service, good cash handling practices, stocking of shelves and product knowledge, cleaning merchandise area and displays, able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Some High ticket items, integrity and reliability is a must.

Selling consumables to the guests, stocking, cleaning, basic food prep, good cash handling practices and customer service skills, standing for long periods of time.

Greet the guests and talk about the Cirque du Soleil exclusive merchandising collection

Ensure pricing is correct; display the stock according to Cirque du Soleil guidelines

Selling and up selling of merchandise;

Handling cash and credit card machines;

Stocking the shelves and organizing the displays;

General maintenance and cleaning of the entrance tent areas;

Cooperative within the Sales & Customer Experience Department.

Good knowledge of English and language of the region (for example French in Montreal);

Experience with merchandising sales, Sales orientated;

Experience in working with the public; customer friendly attitude; Service oriented - high level necessary;

Out-going personality; Motivated; Team player;

Easily follows direction and is cooperative;

Flexibility: variable working hours, late shifts, weekends;

Work well under pressure;

Potential for heavy lifting, may work on ones feet for up to 10 hours, work in loud environment;

Ability to handle cash and credit card;

Must Pass Background Check
