Job Summary:

Skills Inc. is looking for a part time Shipping and Receiving assistant to support our large information technology client Microsoft, on the Microsoft Redmond, WA campus. Prepares necessary shipping documentation. Responds to basic to customer or shipper questions. Uses standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Handles and maintains flow of materials and products in the shipping and receiving areas according to established guidelines. This person will be working under direct supervision.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Relentless attention to detail and organization.
  Strong working knowledge of excel a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Being able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Having knowledge in supply chain management a plus.
  
• Being flexible to work. May be needed to fill in on a full time basis periodically.
  
• Having interpersonal skills.
• Being physically fit.

Education/Experience

2+ Years in logistics a plus.
