The Azure IoT product group is creating the world's best
cloud-based, hyper-scale platform for the development and
validation of autonomous vehicles as part of an autonomous
development platform. The team works with key automotive and
transportation customers and technology partners to build an
end-to-end solution for the development and continuous improvement
of autonomous capabilities, spanning ADAS through L4/L5.
Compliance, Certification, data access and usage, authentication
and access control, cyber-security, privacy, disaster recovery,
data protection and risk management are just few of the
fundamentals that are expected from any world class cloud service.
Additionally, the customers are looking for a service that is
mission critical to them and therefore looking for service that
provides highly availability, high scalability and resilient. All
the data needed for a data driven development approach needs to be
managed while enforcing world-class data privacy and data
governance practices through programs that focus on achieving GDPR
and CCPA Compliance. Increased scrutiny of AI and ML models means
we need to up our game, and we want you to be a part of it.
- 4+ years of technical Program Management experience with
cloud-based services and compliance required
- Familiarity with ISO certification processes and other related
standards like SOC, TISAX, ITAR, NIST etc
- Strong track record of effective, outcome focused cross team
- Ability to understand customer needs, manage intake and
prioritization with business and partners, coordinate work, project
planning and execution.
- End-to-end ownership of commitments with the ability to break
down ambiguous problems and pursue them with diligence
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer
Science, Software Design, or a related field, or equivalent
alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience
- Strong competency in Azure services, architecture patterns, and
- Technical aptitude in service design, architecture and software
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security
screening requirements are required for this role. These

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud
background check upon hire/transfer and every two years

As a Program Manager II, you will be part of a team that is
creating a new cloud based service. We are looking for a strong
Program Manager with passion for customer success. The PM will work
closely with the engineering team to drive the bring up of our
service, develop product roadmap and backlogs, drive execution to
results and meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate would
be an experienced PM, technical, with background in delivering
cloud services, team player, organized and tidy, with a positive,
can-do attitude. The candidate will be required to
- Provide clarity and focus while analyzing and translating
requirements & needs into clear direction for engineering
- Work across groups to drive the acceptance and compliance
process for the service
- Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments
on behalf of the team
- Partner with local and remote product teams.
- Drive the growth and engagement metrics for your areas.
- Constantly monitor the health of the service
The role requires working with customers and engineering teams
across the globe and might involve travel 15% of the time.
