Summaryof Position:The Producer Manager will be the creative and technical lead of video content, the overall production process, and live broadcast events. This includes leading a team of producers and technicians. In this role, you will support the creation of technology-centered short videos, UI and Graphics, and demos that will be created with close collaboration with internal and external partners. Interactive experiences that will either live in our physical spaces, digital spaces, or both will require your close tracking of the projects, schedules, and budget management.Essential Functions:Produce video content that highlights new wireless technologies that are relevant for all audiences and appropriate channelsDevelop full creative, storyboards, narrative, scripting, and messaging that aligns with goals of Tech ExperienceResponsible for the communications and partnering with internal stakeholders to align on opportunities on how best to promote technology leadership and brand perceptionDirect the execution of video shoots and live events, including all AV requirementsIdentify new and innovative ways to create and produce content, i.e., 360 cameras, drones, and opportunities that leverage the businessResponsible for the creative strategy, conception, content strategy, and direction for the company and customersDirect the video productions process, editing, post-production, and video production gear and equipment in its entiretyWorking within a set budget and tracking all expensesTracking and driving project progress through the delivery of the processEnsure that all project artifacts are created and delivered on a timely basisEffectively set and manage expectations between the client, the production team, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same page at all timesPerform all functions of personnel management of department employees including hiring, firing, and performance managementCompetencies:Customer FocusChange and InnovationTech SavvyProblem SolvingStrategic ThinkingRelationship BuildingTalent ManagementLeadershipDecision QualitySelf-DevelopmentWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer.
