Job Description:

Redmond, Washington, United States Contract Our tech client's Employee Experience team delivers experiences that connect employees and increase productivity throughout the employee lifecycle. We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to coordinate manager capability building experiences within the Employee Experience team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to shift roles or early in career. This is a 12-month contract position, with opportunity to extend longer. Responsibilities: Create and manage project plans with a defined timelines and responsibilities. Driving timely execution of deliverables ensuring alignment across projects. Partnering across the team to ensure projects, communication plans, and program delivery is flawless. Coordinating the development of materials and other resources as needed to enable successful implementation of events. Drafting program documentation in-partnership Giving project visibility through written status, ongoing reporting, and summary presentations. Requirements Experience managing projects. Experience facilitating training experiences. Ability to manage tight timelines and prioritize work. Proficient writing and communication skills. Comfortable working with ambiguity and ability to flourish in an environment of constant change Note: Post-COVID this role may require international travel of up to 20%.
