We are creating the industry's leading UX research knowledge platform HITS, the Human Insight Tracking System, and we need an outstanding PM to help us curate a living body of knowledge, accessible to everyone in the company.

About you:

You're an experienced PM, Content PM or Content Strategist who's passionate about content management, research, and customer understanding. You've got a knack for breaking down silos and going after a larger vision, and you're looking for a role with company-spanning influence. Join our team, and you'd be responsible for bringing together divisions and disciplines and growing the virtuous cycle of knowledge creation and reuse between PMs, designers, and researchers.

Ideal candidates will have the following experiences and qualities:

* 3+ years hands-on experience in PM, content management, content strategy, or a related role. * A bachelors or advanced degree in information systems, library science, HCI, or a related field. * Strong project management background. * Experience using or authoring quantitative or qualitative research or participating in UX design processes. * A history of cross-boundary collaboration and influence.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

In this role you would:

* Use analytics and research to understand what people are looking for, what they can't find, and what insights they're consuming. * Improve search engine optimization by driving systematic improvements to content, metadata, algorithms, and search UI designs. * Define and execute on a content strategy for identifying, improving, and capturing high value content. * Oversee and refine processes and best practices that result in high quality content, taxonomies, and metadata. * Identify unmet needs of research consumers; propose and validate new features, improved UI, and content solutions; guide design; and create specs for implementation. * Propose, validate, and spec strategies, features, and experiences to nudge or incentive research content creators to link to and contribute to existing insight.
