  • 7+ years of experience as Program / Project Management in leading teams to build and support data platforms
  • 3+ years as a people manager leading BI, Analytics, and/or Data Science teams
  • BA/BS in operations, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other technical/quantitative discipline
  • Experience delivering data solutions via Agile and/or DevOps methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in MDM, DAX, SQL, Excel, Power BI
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking skills, and communication skills
  • Azure and Big Data experience highly valued, especially ADLS, DataBricks, Data Factory, and Azure ML
  • Knowledge of Microsoft data assets/systems preferred

The Taxonomy Governance and Information Architecture BPM Manager leads a team of business program managers and analysts to achieve these responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building & leading teams in the BI & analytics function. They will have demonstrated experience & expertise in Information Architecture, Taxonomy Standardization & Governance, and strong Program/Project Management skills.

This new manager role responsible for leading the efforts to drive taxonomy standardization and governance for key hierarchies, simplifying business mapping & measurement calculations, and driving the necessary PM related activities around process excellence, communications, requirements gathering and release management.

  • Build & develop a team of high impact PM and analyst resources
  • Lead taxonomy standardization, streamline key hierarchies, rationalize, and simplify business logic
  • Drive effective governance across all organization stakeholders, including upstream engineering and tools teams.
  • Actively partner across CE&S to shape our platform technology roadmap, driving innovation across our processes.
