The Security, Compliance and Identity Marketing team is looking for marketing professional interested in driving the partner channel ecosystem to sell, service and manage Microsoft security products around the world. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA). The Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) is an ecosystem of independent software vendors and managed security service providers that have integrated their solutions to better defend against a world of increasing threats. Through this association, partners have the ability to better integrate with Microsoft's products and sales motions.

We are looking for an innovative leader who is passionate about cyber security solutions. A successful candidate understands the needs of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and will be able to lead program design and ongoing execution in a way that helps Microsoft scale partner success worldwide. In this role, the individual will work across Microsoft marketing organizations, including Azure and Microsoft 365 teams to drive joint success. They will engage with feature engineering to build worldwide GTM and readiness programs for partners and design new partner benefit programs with Microsoft's field partner organization. The individual in this role will need a solid understanding of underlying Microsoft security and device management product lines including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 advanced security features, Security on Azure, and Azure Sentinel.

This role will involve managing a substantial base of existing partners in the program and evolving the association to grow membership. This individual will help drive marketing benefits which will assist both ISVs and Managed Security Solution Providers (MSSP) thrive within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The position resides within the Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity partner Go-To-Market (GTM) team which drives the worldwide strategy on building the partner network around new technology areas. The group focuses on incubating the security partner network to promote the economic value around Microsoft's latest solutions. The position will spend significant amount of their time interacting directly with Microsoft's top partners to prepare them to sell and service Microsoft's latest offerings. A successful candidate must feel comfortable being a spokesperson for Microsoft in a variety of public speaking engagements and private customer/partner discussions.

As part of the worldwide product marketing organization, many engagements take place outside the United States requiring the individual in role to be able to handle executive engagements with strategic partners from all regions around the world.

  • 5+ years in the cyber security software industry
  • 5+ years experience working with resellers, managed solutions partners, or ISV partners
