The charter of our team is to define and deliver the next
generation administrative, pro developer and ISV Experiences that
will enable us to build a uniquely differentiated low code
application development story for Microsoft.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven individual with strong
cross discipline collaboration skills and that can help ensure that
the right people with the right knowledge and expertise are
involved in the right conversations. You have strong people centric
leadership skills and a proven track record of building and leading
agile, highly collaborative teams. You have a growth mindset and
take pride in creating an environment where everyone does their
best work and feels empowered to bring their authentic selves.
- 15+ years of product management experience on end-user facing
- 5+ years of solid experience building cloud
- 3+ years in coaching and managing people.
- Proven track record of identifying customer needs, driving them
to successfully shipped and adopted products and services.
- Passionate about making others successful.
- Hungry to succeed - be willing to take risks, fail fast (if
needed) and try again.
- Customer-obsessed with the focus to cut through the noise and
build what our customers need and not always what they want.
- Qualitatively and quantitatively data-driven

or related technical experiences
