The mission of Microsoft Digital is to power, protect, and
transform Microsoft as the voice of our digital transformation in
the market. In the Microsoft Digital Employee Experience team, we
work tirelessly to ensure that Microsoft employees are the most
productive in the world, with the tools, business processes,
insights, and infrastructure they need to win in a competitive
marketplace. Our Chief Digital Officer, Andrew Wilson describes the
team as "the heartbeat of the employee experience across the
company, the team that propels the company forward in terms of
modern workplace patterns and practices and provides an
inspirational enterprise blueprint for customers and partners."
To support that vision, we're seeking a strong communicator with
head for business and a passion for storytelling to help us
describe how we're digitally transforming the employee experience
at Microsoft. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders across
disciplines - engineering, business management, marketing, and
executives - to create inspiring stories and blogs for internal and
external consumption that demonstrate our industry leading
commitment to innovation and how those innovations help our
customers. You'll work in mixed media to produce written stories
that inspire and video-based interviews that motivate our customers
and partners to achieve more. You'll work with our partners in
marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and to support key
moments like Microsoft Inspire, Microsoft Ready, and Microsoft
Ignite. And you'll work with Executive leadership in Microsoft
Digital, Modern Workplace, and other key partners to ensure that we
have the right message, stories, and related assets to support key
go-to market strategies.
As a member of the Field Engagement and Delivery team, you'll
also use your business acumen and analytical insights to help us
influence partners and stakeholders through the power of
compelling, data-driven stories. You'll work as part of the Field
Experience team, chartered with ensuring our sales field has the
right tools, processes, and other support to be the most productive
in the industry. You'll help to produce high-fidelity presentations
for executive and stakeholder consumption, ensuring a strong
narrative to support each presentation. You'll be part of a global
team with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and a work
environment that emphasizes and rewards collaboration and teamwork.
And you'll work with peers and partners in the experience team to
coalesce our insights into compelling narratives that drive action
and influence partner organizations.
