The Windows Devices & App Experiences (DAX) organization withinWindows +Devicesisfocusedonthe Windowsproductvision andconnecting it to long-term business planning and the growth of the partner ecosystem. We are looking for aWindows Storytelling Produt Managerto join the WindowsDAXChief of Staff team. This person willsupport internal and external communicationsforour Windows product priorities and engineering organization.This is a highly visible role focused on articulating our product strategy.

  • 5+years of experience inManagement Consulting, Investment Banking, Product Management,Marketing,or a related function.

  • Strong capability in verbal and written communications skills.
  • Commitment to representing Microsoft values of respect, integrity, and accountability and acting in a manner in accordance with our culture.This will be critical for both internal MSFTand external (partner & customer) engagements.

  • Abilityto create effective relationships, influence,and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.

  • Strong judgementthrough analytical problem-solving skills,and attention to confidentiality and detail.

  • Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt plans and approach real-time.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Thisindividualwill bring a variety of perspectives to product strategy communications tohelp usmeaningfully articulate our prioritiesin the most customer-driven approach.Theywill engage with stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing,Sales,Finance,Legal, andOperationsto stitch together functional perspectives into cohesivestrategy plans.These planswill be communicated inmediums such as: external partner meetings, external customer engagements, internalteam communications, internal product meetings, and more.

Criticalresponsibilitiesfor this roleinclude but are not limited to:

  • Build and execute storytelling campaigns/deliverables to showcase Microsoft'sproduct offerings across a variety of dimensions (e.g., partners, customers, industries).This will also include storytellingwiththird-party voices - rallying partners and customers to tell their own stories together with Microsoft.
  • Provide executive communication support including internal and external partner strategy presentations, and employee communications.Drive these communicationsin a visually impactful way that generates energy.This will include direct collaboration with our Corporate Vice President.
  • Collaborate with Chief of Staff to identify communication priorities to then own tactical execution.
  • Structure andtrackcommunicationrhythms across internal and external partners.
  • Support the DAX organizationrhythms and processes alongside Chief of Staff and Business Management team.
