Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Support Specialist to provide community support to our internal and external customers via store reviews, in-app feedback, social, and other support channels as required.A Support Specialist at Microsoft is an exciting and challenging role in the resolution with complex, slightly technical, and escalated support incidents related to supporting customer experience efforts. This role will be an awesome opportunity to learn and enhance your technical knowledge by troubleshooting various technical issues through effective customer interaction. You will represent Microsoft to our customers and will work directly with our most relevant internal groups to drive change that enhances the customer experience.On a daily basis, you will resolve the most difficult technical customer issues, of the through collaboration different teams with various technical specializations by interfacing with various levels of management within customers and Microsoft.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain customer support channels to help individual users get the most from our product including but not limited to review and categorize customer feedback, reply to internal and external customer to provide troubleshooting steps to enable them to use our productUnderstand customer feedback and able to translate those to actionable tasks for internal teams to support product improvement efforts.Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships.Timely and impactful engagement of customers to provide troubleshooting solutions, share information with customers and internal partners.Create, track, and communicate key bugs for Engineering and PM teams to support product improvement efforts.
QualificationsExperience: 1+ years working in a technical support organization or have customer service and support experiencePrior work experience in customer facing role.Passionate about problem solving, helping others.Comfortable to work closely with engineering and product teams.Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazing positive experience for our customers and internal partners.Prior experience or demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer focused environment.Great collaboration skills on complex issues across multiple groups with varying prioritiesSome degree of knowledge of Android and iOS applicationsGood communication skills with high degree of comfortProven ability to work across virtual Jobble
