Job Description:
Job Description Seeking a Research Associate to help with all
phases of Quality Control and Manufacturing. You will join the
Manufacturing & Production Team within the RNA Group and will focus
on DNA/RNA synthesis and production. You will work across functions
and get exposure to a broad swath of the production process. Your
daily tasks will involve NGS library prep and PCR and some training
will be provided. This is a great opportunity to get in on the
ground floor of a small laboratory within a large company. Our
partner synthesizes and produces oligonucleotides for biotech
companies, research institutions, and universities. They are a
global organization building an Innovation Center to work on the
next generation of RNA products. The laboratory is, for now, small
but the company will support all the funding needed to fuel growth.

Use semiconductors to synthesize oligonucleotides Conduct NGS
library prep on an Illumina platform Perform Quality Control on PCR
and hybridization assays Top 3 Requirements: Master---s or
Bachelor---s in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related 2
years of hands-on experience with oligonucleotide synthesis,
surface coating techniques, or vacuum instrumentation Solid
understanding (even academic) of molecular biology techniques
including NGS, PCR/qPCR, and hybridization assays Bonus Points for
: Previous experience at a small, growing laboratory Illumina NGS
platform experience Master---s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, or
