Our client's studio is an industry leader in volumetric video
capture technology. In short, they turn humans into holograms, to
be experienced in a wide range of scenarios across many platforms
(VR / AR / web / Phones). They've been building this technology for
12 years and offering holograms as a production business since
2017. They also license our technology to stages around the world,
including London, Los Angeles, Seoul, Berlin, and Washington D.C.
(with several more on the way). This team is looking for a
contractor to join our team and help us with a range of
coordination and administrative functions. The Administrative
Assistant role will be responsible for supporting the production,
creative, development, stage, and licensing team leads by helping
manage production timelines and client meetings, assisting with
creating PowerPoint presentations, managing calendars for cross
team meetings, responding to incoming correspondence from internal
and external project interest, logging equipment requests, and
arranging and tracking shipping needs. A successful candidate for
this position will love a fast-paced production environment, and
have a track record of client management, a flexible can-do
attitude, and be skilled at working closely and efficiently with
other business and client team leaders. The candidate must be a
self-starter, able to pivot between tasks seamlessly, and be an
excellent team player. This is a semi-remote position.
Qualifications: + BA in Business Administration or related field. +
3-5+ years of administrative experience, ideally with content
creators. + Experience working with domestic and international
clients and teams. + Experience working on a variety of tasks from
production, business development, financial, and creative, can be
from the agency or client side. + Excellent time management and
organizational skills. + Excellent communication and soft skills. +
Excellent attention to detail. + Strong multi-tasker who can work
flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Possess a
confidential, diplomatic, and professional approach. + Proficient
in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Nice to Have: + Experience working with
engineers and artists. + Experience working with multiple teams in
a large corporation. + Experience with invoicing and billing
systems. + Experience working in a startup-like environment. +
Ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Demonstrate
initiative and willingness to learn. + Experience working across
geographies with groups, companies, or individuals. + Solution
driven mindset. + Proficient in Teams. + Proficient in Power BI.
Location: Our client's Team is located in the US / Pacific time
zone. Semi-remote position. Full COVID-19 vaccination may be
required. W2 only, no Corp to Corp. We are unable to sponsor H1B
