The Enterprise Search & Design Cohesion team within WXC (Web Experience Collective) studio is looking for UX designer with strong UX skills to support a variety of enterprise search products (Bing.com, Office, Windows). Work closely with the Design lead/team to explore and design features within the Search experience. Projects will include driving new features and/or improving new features on the search engine image results page. For example, you may work on adding content to an existing "answer type" as a result of a search on the Enterprise Bing Search product. The designer needs to have a strong experience/knowledge of interaction/UX design, as well as solid visual/UI design skills. You will be involved in the end to end experience, so experience with projects from ideation to pre-ship execution phase is ideal. There are opportunities for working closely with developers and PMs, and also cross-collaborate with other designers in the studio.

You may be responsible for the following:
Designs user interfaces for web and software products writes functionality design specifications. Design and implement prototypes, mock ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams. Generates design ideas; presents and sells designs to product group. Understands customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.

Skills/Requirements:
--- 2-3+ years of work related experience required
--- Candidate must have strong understanding in interaction design and UI principles with visual design experience
--- A background in designs systems thinking and experience dealing with design systems
--- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
--- Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of designs they produce
--- Ability to work under constant deadline constraints
--- Experience designing graphics and user interfaces
--- Ability to understand technology issues and communicate effectively with PM and Dev partners
--- Ability to work independently
--- Strong communication and collaboration skills
--- Proficiency in current and emerging web technologies and standard design software packages (i.e. Figma)
--- Portfolio for a review with design manager
--- Bachelor's degree in Graphic / Interaction Design or related program (i.e. HCI). A combination of education and experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
