Job Description:
InTWO Cloud Network Services - Seattle has an immediate full
time opening for a Client Services Coordinator. Our Client Services
Coordinator for scheduling service, dispatching technical staff and
ordering parts. The CSC will also work cross functionally with
other InTWO Cloud teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions. This
position requires excellent communication great multi-tasking
ability, excellent customer service skills and strong attention to
detail.The Client Services Coordinator is client-facing and is the
initial point of service delivery.Specific Responsibilities: Take
action on inbound client calls and emails to ensure they are
entered in the ticket systemDispatch tickets to technical
staffUpdate ticket status and review tickets for accuracyMaintain
awareness of technicians' schedules to ensure acceptable resolution
times are sustained.Quote products and solutions to clientsResearch
vendors, product suitability and pricingProcess order
requestsShipping and receivingConduct physical inventoryCommunicate
customer concerns with team leads and management.Communication with
customers: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying
them of impending changes or agreed outagesMonitor service SLAs and
trends.Escalate service requests that require engineer level
support when necessary.Attend weekly service meetings with the
service teamRequired Technical and Interpersonal Skills:
