Exchange Expert


Technical Skills
OS Deployment and Windows Administration (Server Core, Server Desktop)
Strong AD knowledge (Single Box, Cross-Forest, Parent-Child set up with multiple Exchange Server topologies)
Strong Exchange Deployment knowledge
Strong Exchange Administrator Configuration (DAG, Muti-Boxes, Co-Exist, ADFS, WAP reverse Proxy, Delegate and Edge set up)
Strong Azure Administration / config skills (Deploy Topologies with Azure VMs)
TDS Deployment
Strong Hybrid and Cloud Management Skills (Hybrid Modern Auth, Exchange Hybrid HCW)
Strong Infrastructure Management for Exchange Topologies and OS Servers
Networking, and IIS knowledge
Experience with User Migrations
Hardware knowledge for perf validation


Desirable skills
Scripting PowerShell experience
Automation experience
Experience with general Server Management and Compact validation
Client side E2E Testing


Responsibility
Troubleshooting, Debugging and Technical Analysis, logging
Multitasking abilities
