Materials is seeking a Prevailing Wage Specialist to join our team
in Redmond, WA. As a Prevailing Wage Specialist, you will be
responsible for maintaining, filing, innovating the prevailing wage
process for our Cadman operations. Heidelberg Materials provides

You'll Get to Do:
- Work with the Department of Labor & Industries to
define/clarify current processes.
- File Washington State Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage online at
Department of L&I Website
- Enter certified payroll into the Washington State L&I
Website - Weekly
- Enter certified payroll into Owner required payroll system (ie
LCP Tracker) if applicable - Weekly
- Monitor certified payroll for compliancy - Weekly
- File the company's Affidavit of Wages Paid once jobs are
complete
- Work with Department of L&I to help correct Intent &
Affidavit issues
- As time permits - Assist with other tasks as assigned
- Innovate the certified payroll process as needed to help keep
it as efficient as possible Essential Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Desire to work cooperatively as part of a productive team
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities,
and see projects through to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational
skills required
- Experience working in the Department of Labor & Industries
Website filing intents to pay prevailing wage, affidavits of wages
paid, and entering/uploading certified payroll
- LCP Tracker knowledge is a plus Preferred Experience and
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years of related experience What We Have to Offer:
