Job Description:What's all this ruckus about? (aka the job description)Are you looking for an exciting opportunity building a future of talent? THIS IS IT! Our team is looking for a driven and energetic Early Talent Partner to build a steady future for technical talent for the Terex Services team. This role will be building rock solid partnerships with technical schools, community colleges, military bases and local organizations to share a future with the Terex Services team. This position will work remote and report into the Terex Talent Acquisition COE. But don't worry, this position does offer you a chance to collaborate both virtually and in person as it will have 3-5 days of travel each month to support career fairs locally and throughout the US.   • Learn and share the Terex culture and career opportunities at local schools, colleges, military base locations and local employment offices
  • Build a pipeline of early talent that is focused on diesel, automotive and heavy equipment students throughout the US
  • Full cycle recruitment for 10-15 requisitions
  • Own and expand Terex Recruit social pages to share why we love our team and what we do
  • Showcase your expertise as the Early Talent Partner by creating documented, repeatable processes to share amongst our global Terex team
  • Leverage your creative and out of the box thinking by introducing unique recruitment ideas and technology
  • Organize and execute career fairs that infuse our team with the best talent in the industry
  • Other exciting duties to be included to ensure your own career growth with the Terex teamThe Basics - Required
    • Minimum of 2 years within a direct customer service role (any industry)
    • Minimum of 1 year with direct sourcing experience utilizing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, HireEz, etc.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Live within 35 miles of a major airport
    • Ability to travel 3-5 days each month supporting career fairs throughout the US
    • Ability to hold to a high level of confidentiality with solid ethics and integrityNice to Have - Not Required
      • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and or equivalent experience
      • Proven history of organization and meeting project deadlines
      • Experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role
      • Experience utilizing WorkDay
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Experience working with Terex equipment
      • Ability to influence hiring managers' talent decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice, strong problem solving and consensus building skills
      • Knowledge of the labor market(s) and talent pools; and industry trends
      • Intuitive, critical listening skills
      • Ability to work independently and in team environment, with a commitment to collaborative work, mentoring and knowledge sharing
      • Minimum of 1 years Human Resources experience is strongly preferredThe compensation range for this position is $25-30 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
