Administrator will have a blend of expertise in ServiceNow
configuration, development, and administration. The App
Administrator will be working with our internal teams and our
Managed Service Provider to design and implement new solutions on
the ServiceNow platform. The App Administrator will manage the
ServiceNow relationship with our Managed Services Provider. Develop
and extend existing functions in our ServiceNow instance. In
addition, the App Administrator will work as the point of contact
for the SAS team for our external vendors supporting contract
renewals and the overall business relationship. Work with internal
teams to understand tool usage and support updates and changes to
the service. Some applications currently supported are PagerDuty,
Slack, and Asana.Working at NTTIn this role you will:
- Performs routine operational support, maintenance, and system
-configuration for ServiceNow instances
- Manage our ServiceNow managed service partner and balance work
performed by self and work scoped as projects delivered by MSP
partner - maintain coordination between MSP and internally produced
work items.
- Manage building and prioritizing backlog (incidents,
enhancement requests, questions, access provisioning, etc.) with
GIN stakeholders.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data and system issues of
intermediate -complexity. Demonstrates ability to diagnose and
resolve technical, management, and business issues and to recommend
areas for process improvement or innovation.
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping, and design workshops,
ensuring requirements and stakeholders are well documented
- Support SaaS contract renewals and be primary point of contact
for these relationships.
- Clearly identify stakeholders and keep them updated and engaged
on an ongoing basis
- Collaboratively identify and synchronize project
interdependencies across multiple teams
- Flexibility to work outside of standard 9am-6pm US time zone
hours, when necessary.

- Experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving
these requirements into successful solutions

- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM application
suites
- 3+ years as ServiceNow Application Developer
- An expert level understanding of ServiceNow -core application
UI and workflow -configuration, report development, integration
-components (e.g. LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Managed Service Partner vendor engagement and management
experience
- 3+ years working with SaaS vendors and platforms
Education/Qualifications Required
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and -Certified
Implementation Specialist
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification for ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
preferred but not required Organizational Relationships
- Works with all GIN departments to operate, maintain, and extend
the ServiceNow environment and capabilities.
- Works with all GIN departments to facilitate SaaS vendor
relationships, contract renewals, and onboard new SaaS vendors
