The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project superintendent, telecommunications, wireless construction, communication and tower industry, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery
• Manage and supervise construction teams, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into project planning and executionQualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a construction project superintendent, with a focus on telecommunications, wireless construction, communication and tower industry
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Experience managing project budgets and tracking expenses
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
