We are seeking Servers with a positive attitude and love for hospitality. We are pretty flexible with your schedule and have several different shifts to choose from. The Independent Dining Room Server is responsible for table service in the residential dining rooms.Emerald Heights offers competitive wages based on experience. Full time and Part time Available.Pay Scale:$17.85-$19.00We offer:100% paid medical, dental and vision, employer paid life insurance and AD&D for employees working 30+ hours/week (Option to buy-up if desired). In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending account for medical and childcare reimbursements with a $500.00 rollover feature (No Rollover on childcare) AND the option to purchase Long Term disability insurance. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 403(B) plan (Eligibility on 403b - 20+ hours per week) - We match 50 cents for every dollar saved up to 10% of your annual salary. Matching begins the first of the quarter following 1 year of employment. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to 16 paid time off days, 6 paid holidays and 3 personal days. Maintains work stations.Follows proper food handling techniques and maintain standards of quality for all diningareas.Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to perform simple arithmetic.Courteous, gracious, and tactful. Pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented.Genuine interest in working with older adults.Ability to work well with others; team-oriented.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Neat and professional in appearance.Available to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.Regular, dependable, and reliable attendance.Excellent English communications skills both verbal and written.All Emerald Heights employees must pass a criminal background check and other pre-employment requirements.
