DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:



  • Schedule and maintain the overarching editorial and content calendars to ensure on time delivery.
  • Reviews accuracy of customer-facing details in content Switch News marketing articles
  • Partners with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of assets allowing key business groups to execute select objectives.
  • Ensures correct use of assets with NOA and NCL as needed.
  • Exchanges information related to assigned activities with internal and external peers and/or management.
  • Assists in the execution of improvement initiatives to resolve identified issues and implement process improvements.
  • Solicits, consolidates and summarizes opinions from various internal stakeholders.
  • Contributes to monthly recaps and relays the output, recommendations and results to supervisor and management.
  • Coordinates the use of internal resources-copywriters, designers, eShop operators, as needed.
  • Maintains records of communications/documents related to various active, inactive, and completed cross-departmental projects following established process.
  • Supports various marketing campaigns and special projects as requested


    SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:


    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of project management experience.
    • Knowledge of US and Japanese business cultures and customs preferred
    • Experience working with senior executives preferred.
    • Strong project management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
    • Familiarity with the electronic entertainment or gaming industry.
    • Awareness of Nintendo's franchises and intellectual properties.
    • Excellent PC Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred).
    • Knowledge of JIRA and a variety of CMS platforms.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • BA degree preferred.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized equivalent project management certification preferred.


      This position includes a base pay range of $31.02 - $46.53 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Please see our for more benefits information.
