DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Design, implement, playtest, and refine game design features with
consideration for gameplay fun-factor, difficulty balance,
optimization, and quality.
Create, playtest, and refine level, object, character,
user-interface designs, screen, and game-flow design under the
direction of senior designers.
Write and maintain specified design documentation.
Work closely with programmers, artists and sound designers to
implement specified gameplay features and systems.
Contribute to focus test set-up, evaluations, coordination, and
analysis.
Use digital illustrations and design software to create designs,
and present design concepts to senior designers.
Review, analyze, and test products under development to ensure the
delivery of the company's high standard of quality and
timeliness.
Position may include additional duties that utilize the required
skills.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Game Design,
Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, and two years of
experience in:
This position includes a base salary range of $92,289.60 to
$100,875 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary
performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that
