Responsibilities :
Under minimal supervision, pickup and drop off from within the site to the metrology lab.
Administratively receive equipment from customers and coordinate with leads to process into our system.
Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.
Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract.
Travel within the Phoenix area to pick and deliver to other KBR sites as needed.
Coordinates and conducts pick up and delivery of measuring equipment with customers, employees, and management.
Follows established standard work instructions ensuring quality throughout the processes.
Packages equipment for shipping, ensuring all required paperwork is attached appropriately and billing the appropriate accounts.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualified :
Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
High School Diploma or equivalent and Two year of directly related work experience.
Must have a valid US driver's license.
Working knowledge of SAP or other tracking system with regard to receiving transactions.
Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
US Citizenship status required due to client requirements.
