considered for this position. Responsibilities:
- Under minimal supervision, pickup and drop off from within the
site to the metrology lab.
- Administratively receive equipment from customers and
coordinate with leads to process into our system.
- Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as
transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient,
timely, and cost effective support to the customer.
- Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics
objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to
- Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared
Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical
functions performed under contract.
- Travel within the Phoenix area to pick and deliver to other KBR
sites as needed.
- Coordinates and conducts pick up and delivery of measuring
equipment with customers, employees, and management.
- Follows established standard work instructions ensuring quality
throughout the processes.
- Packages equipment for shipping, ensuring all required
paperwork is attached appropriately and billing the appropriate
- Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualified: Specific
contract requirements regarding education and experience will
- High School -Diploma or equivalent and Two year of directly
related work experience.
- Must have a valid US driver's license.
- Working knowledge of SAP or other tracking system with regard
to receiving transactions.
- Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and
- US Citizenship status required due to client requirements. In
