other. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES + Provides actionable insights on
business opportunities and risks to PDR and NOA leadership based on
analytic findings + Initiates and collaborates with internal teams
to drive the creation of business metrics and KPIs + Reports on and
analyses PDR activities including marketing executions and
operational efficiencies + Contributes to review and analysis of
3rd party projections accuracy and trends with data + Presents
complex concepts in a meaningful and concise manner for leadership,
project stakeholders, team members, and end users + Manages
analysis projects and holds regular stakeholder meetings to
maintain close alignment and ensure objectives are being met + Uses
business analysis, interviews, document analysis, requirements
workshops, use cases, tasks and workflow analysis to gather
reporting requirements and document BI processes SUMMARY OF
REQUIREMENTS + 3+ years of experience in a Business or BI Analyst
role developing dashboards, analysis, reporting, data warehousing
solutions + Proven ability to quickly learn new systems and tools +
Experience in analytical insights and/or business intelligence
processes + Ability to effectively communicate key insights to
varied stakeholders (operation teams, executives, etc.) + Expertise
in SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, automation +
Experience in working with data visualization tools such as
Tableau, building interactive reports, complex dashboards for
different audiences, creating calculated KPIs or metrics +
Knowledge of how to extract, clean and manipulate data from
multiple systems into reporting objects for analysis + Knowledge of
the video game category or other related fields (such as
entertainment, e-commerce, etc.) preferred + Undergraduate degree
or equivalent education in information systems, analytics, computer
science, engineering, economics, or other technical field
