Role Senior Data Analyst

Location Redmond, WA (initially remote)

Type: Contract

Mandatory Technical Skills:

10+ years profile required

" Technical implementation of reports and data analysis from various data sources delivered via Power BI and related technologies

" Understanding, anticipating bottlenecks and other events influencing customer demand for services

" Creating and managing statistical and customer forecasts to anticipate future demand, applying data science and statistical analysis as appropriate

" Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy

" Strong data analytical skills and working experience in same along with project management

" Good SQL & Excel skills to troubleshoot data mismatches and comparison

" Working experience with data preparation, aggregation & transformation for in-depth analysis

" Experience with Power BI is a plus

Desired Technical Skills:

" Data Center capacity planning and demand management

" Understanding of Server, Network and DataCenter Infratructure components

Mandatory Functional Skills:

" Create and manage statistical data and customer forecasts to anticipate future demand

" Collaborate with respective stakeholders to identify/deliver customer forecast & synchronize it with demand & fulfillment

" Evaluate demand and physical capacity data and adjust plan accordingly with various resources

" Provide BI reports for Physical capacity supply/demand analysis, future capacity utilization across resources & data analysis

" Excellent written and oral communication skills

" Ability to follow processes strictly and demonstrating good judgment of when to escalate
