Job Description:

JeffreyM Consulting is looking for a data-driven Paid Social Media professional to join our client's Global Media, Paid Social Activation Team.We are seeking a Paid Social Analyst who will be responsible for managing Campaign Analytics for global paid social advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Ad Operations and Ad Tech platforms and has a passion for analyzing data and driving business insights from customer behaviors.
**Our client is starting with a 3-month pilot program, likely to extend**
Responsibilities

  • Will serve as the campaign analyst for all related Paid Social Activation Team activity
  • Works with Media Supervisor, Associate Media Supervisors, and Activation Managers across the US to develop campaign specific and ad hoc data-driven insights
  • Coordinates Brand Lift Study efforts with stakeholders and platform partners
  • Reviews and approves benchmarks being used for campaign performance
  • Maintains Sprinklr and off-tool reporting infrastructure including but not limited to consistency of approved taxonomy, Excel templates, metrics, widgets, and dashboards
  • Establishes timelines and workback schedules for end-of-campaign and exec level reports
  • Provides summary of key learnings from prior campaigns as part of media planning process
  • Partners with Ad Ops Manager to continually improve efficiencies and accuracy in reporting processes
    Requirements
    • 3-4 years of paid social experience, ideally in an analyst capacity
    • Thorough understanding of how to use native platform audience planning tools & suite of ad products including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok
    • Knowledge of digital media with a proven track record of building measurement plans and using data to improve paid media performance
    • Experience with testing and designing accurate test plans
    • Strong communication skills and collaboration across organization and functions
    • Understanding of Ad Operations and Ad Tech platforms
    • Advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc
    • Appetite for working in a dynamic, changing environment across many different teams and audience segments
    • Sprinklr experience a plus
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
