Job Description:

The Project Architect/Project Manager must have the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. You will maintain solid relationships with multiple key Clients and projects using clear, effective, and responsive communication while delivering high-quality drawings. This is a great opportunity to join a solidly growing, collaborative team while working on a variety of project types. Be prepared to begin managing existing Clientele on day 1 while utilizing your Business Development background to continue diversifying Magellan's resume.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Architecture License Preferred but not Required
10+ years of experience
Well-rounded experience with all project phases from Conceptual Design to Construction Administration
Experience with two of the following project types preferred: Restaurant, Retail, Multi Family, Religious, and Industrial
Manage a team design approach and mentor staff (Job Captains, Architectural Designers)
QA/QC Construction Drawings for team PM's
Exceptional communication skills working directly with repeat Clients, Consultants, Jurisdictions, and General contractors (must be proficient in English)
The ability to work and thrive in team and independent working scenarios with demonstrable organizational and time management skills
Exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
Exceptional knowledge of Building and ADA Codes
Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch-Up, InDesign and Microsoft Office/Windows
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and LEED Certification a plus
