Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a Training Specialist II to support one of the world's largest software development companies.
- Responsibilities -

• Works as part of the training team to develop and support various types of training programs.
• Collaborates with learning consultants for customized deliverables that support external learners at large agencies.
• Uses knowledge of learning design and creativity to create engaging, accessible, and accurate learning resources.
• Uses project management skills create, implement, and refine processes to increase efficiency and improve stakeholder experience.
• Will need to understand adult learning still.
• Organize projects, keep track of details, and help team members stay organized for their training.
• Will take non-PM speak and translate it to PM talk. - Required Skills & Experience -
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in developing and delivering adult learning programs.
  • Administrative support - 1(+) year(s).
  • Experience in managing projects - 1(+) year(s).
  • Experience in creating or developing training/learning materials - 1(+) year(s).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to analyze and organize complex information; must be able to assimilate new information and ideas quickly.
  • Ability to work proactively with internal customers and team members.
  • Proven ability to contribute new ideas and approaches for improving learning outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of personal computer applications and Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
    Preferred skills:
    • Experience setting up interactive activities, such as Mentimeter.
    • Experience using workflow tools, such as Azure DevOps
