Kforce is looking for a Market Research Analyst for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities:

The Market Research Analyst will build a foundational list of end user customer intents, mapping to audience segments and Microsoft 365 products
Identify new content opportunities and unmet needs, leveraging your industry knowledge, cultural trends, customer research, available reports and customer signals
Conduct ongoing industry research on social media for individual categories to inform recommendations
The Market Research Analyst will create alignment of content strategy with Jobs To Be Done framework from product teams
Recommend intent coverage to inform template planning, partnering with Content & Design
