exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer Analyst (Level
4) to join the Safety, Certification and Quality Integration (SCQI)
Compliance Oversight team located in Everett, Washington.In this
role, you'll get to work as part of a cross-functional team in the
development of data strategies (data integration, automation and
visualization) for the Safety & Certification work streams within
SCQI.Position Responsibilities include: -
- Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for
company products and system-level concepts in the projected
operational environments to optimize effectiveness
- Derives and develops complex architectures, functional
requirements, refinements and product designs
- Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams
to meet group, organization and company objectives
- Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves
processes and software toolsThis position is expected to be 100%
onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at
the listed location. -This position must meet Export Control
compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22
C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen,
lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asyleeBasic Qualifications
(Required Skill/Experience): -
- Bachelors' Degree or higher
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- 5+ years of Data Analysis experience
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word,
Excel (including Pivot Tables and Chartmaking), PowerPoint, Access
and Database tools etc.Preferred Qualifications: -
- Experience with scheduling, project management and
visualization tools
- Experience with AGILE and Scrum Methodologies
- Experience with Computer Software Languages, Scripting, Macros,
etc.Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically
acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and
typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4
years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work
experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation: -
