Job Description:
Seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses
(LPNs) with 2+ years of behavioral health experience to provide
crisis care for youth and adults.
Administer and document medications, transcribe provider orders,
and perform assessments.
Collaborate with RNs on care plans, educate individuals and
families, and support behavioral health interventions.
Assist in crisis de-escalation, emergency response, and wound
care.
Requires an active LPN license in Virginia, ability to perform
restraint techniques, and compliance with vaccination and
credentialing policies.
Preferred knowledge of EHR systems.
