Join our team as a Camping Advisor – the expert on all the exciting extras that make RV life even better! You’ll meet customers at the happiest moment – right after they’ve purchased their dream RV – and guide them through accessories, upgrades, and tips to help them get the most out of every camping adventure. Job Responsibilities Walk through with customers at time of purchase for desired RV enhancements. Provide thorough explanation of how all RV systems and components work. Determine needs and accurately recommend parts accordingly. Help with parts inventory. Attend weekly department meetings. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Past sales or customer service experience required Parts sales experience preferred Computer and phone proficiency preferred Requirements: Education and Experience Previous dealership experience preferred RV experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company match PTO Great company culture Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
