software.The Sales Coordinator will support the day-to-day
activities of the greater sales team. Throughout the sales life
cycle, the coordinator will work closely with internal teams, and
engage with customers to ensure operational needs are met. The
Coordinator will play an essential role in driving efficiency
within the sales teams.What You Will Do
- Work alongside sales representatives and other stakeholders to
support the day-to-day operational management for accounts, which
includes and is not limited to new item setup, onboarding,
reporting, creative requests, demo coordination, etc.
- Manage the overall sales tech stack, including prospecting
tools, file share, CRM, Calendar, etc.
- Support proposal and quote generation activities through
interfacing with ERP system.
- Drive tactical planning throughout all departments of the
organization closest to the customer.
- Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and
implementing sales automation tools such as contract management and
content enablement software.
- Collaborate with team(s) to drive efficiency by identifying and
implementing scalable solutions.
- Liaison between departments and customers to provide excellent
customer service.What You Will Bring
- Two (2) years or more experience in supporting a sales
team.
- Experience in tech sales a plus.
- CRM and ERP experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a
fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills. Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative
skills.
- Ability to be a team player with a high level of
dedication.
