You will be trained and licensed to quote auto and home insurance if you are not already licensed and will be responsible for maintaining customer records and assisting policyholders and prospects with questions and concerns. Earning potential is dependent on your work ethic and ambition; however, there is a base starting anywhere from $35,360 to $43,680 with commission once you are licensed. We will assume all costs in order to assist the candidate in obtaining their insurance license if they are not already licensed. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Role and Responsibilities -Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. -Process customer policy change requests. -Take premium payments from customers. -Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. -Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. -Maintain knowledge of new products. -Generating insurance quotes. -Be outstanding at relationship building. -Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. -Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Job Requirement -Must obtain Personal Lines license within 60 days if not licensed -Exemplary Customer Service Skills -Self Starter and able to work independently -Ability to multitask and prioritize workload -Work well under pressure -Detail Oriented -Excellent written and verbal skills a MUST- -Demonstrate outstanding sales skills -Strong computer skills As a CSR/Agent, you will receive: -Salary pay plus commission, bonuses and incentives -Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) -Retirement -Industry Training
