Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Customer Marketing
Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join the Boeing Business Jets (BBJ)
Marketing team in Seattle , Washington on 1st Shift . The Customer
Marketing Specialist is a critical and versatile position within
our Boeing Business Jets Sales and Marketing division who will be
responsible for product knowledge and positioning, technical sales
and analysis, interfacing with the business aviation industry, and
developing successful strategies and driving sales campaigns. This
position is located in Seattle, Washington. A successful candidate
will be an experienced technical marketer who is comfortable
working across functions at every level from individual contributor
to C-Level executives within customer organizations. In addition,
they will be comfortable with responsibility and acting on their
own initiative, yet thrive in collaborative settings, be highly
detail oriented with excellent visual and verbal communication, and
people-skills. Position Responsibilities: Directs the development
and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for business
jet customers Create, maintain, and improve BBJ customer-facing
products, materials, and presentations Represent Boeing at
airshows, conferences and other events, to showcase aircraft,
identify sales opportunities, and develop collaboration
opportunities with industry partners Develop creative technical
studies to illustrate product advantages, through extensive
research, analysis, and detailed competitor assessments, including
detailed aircraft performance analyses and visualizations Engage
and present to a worldwide customer base, with meaningful,
convincing and technically-sound product value stories Build and
maintain relationships with airline executives, government
officials, aviation constituents and Boeing Program leaders and
executives Lead and oversee cross-functional technical and
marketing teams to develop and present customer solutions Mentor
and develop analysis capability and technical presentation skills
of other BBJ marketers Drive new business by identifying sales
opportunities Collaborate with Sales Directors to establish
campaign and sales strategy, including but not limited to,
marketing, engagements, and pricing Leads, partners, and
collaborates with teammates to develop, execute, and manage brand
marketing activities, advertising, content creation, events, and
sponsorships Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5
years of experience interfacing with senior and executive
leadership 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Boeing
products 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications 3
years of advanced airplane performance knowledge and knowledge of
Boeing performance analysis tools, such as PIE and Maptrack Ability
to travel both domestically and internationally up to 25% of the
time Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 9 years related customer work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of experience with integration in project teams to develop
airplane-level solutions with an understanding of both airplanes
and service offerings MBA or related Master’s degree Drug Free

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: Level 4:
$129,200 - $174,800 Level 5: $164,050 - $221,950 Language
